ASESORIA NOUS, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“NOUS ADVISORS”), with address at Bosque de Alisos 47A PB Suite 06, Col. Bosques de las Lomas, Delegación Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City, C.P. 05120, (“Address”), will be responsible for the processing of your personal data (“Personal Data”), which you may disclose to us for the provision of NOUS ADVISORS services. In relation to the above, the following is stated:

The Personal Data that NOUS ADVISORS may request are the following:

  1. Identification data: (i) full name; (ii) official identification; (iii) date and place of birth;

With whom do we share your personal information?

  • To the National Registry of Population and Identity, for its verification in the databases of said organisms;

  • In the event of a merger or division, to the company that acquires the legal obligations when carrying out the union or separation of NOUS ADVISORS.

All the aforementioned transfers are necessary to comply with the relationship acquired with NOUS ADVISORS, in this sense, it is not possible to oppose their being made and for this reason, it is not necessary for you to accept them.

Can you access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or oppose its use?

As the Owner, you have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and the conditions of use that we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).   • Indicate clearly and precisely what the purpose of your request is;
  • Include a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the ARCO Rights will be exercised.
  • Include any document that facilitates the location of the personal data in question.
  • Address the letter to the person in charge of the Personal Data area of ​​NOUS ADVISORS.

The procedure must be carried out by the Holder by his own right or through a third person by means of a simple power of attorney ratified before 2 (two) witnesses with valid official identification, in a photocopy attached to the request.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?
